They are also popular because they come in tints so that people can change their eye color if they like. The negative for daily wears is that people with severe eye problems may not have 100% clear vision. They also tear easily and need disinfecting with special cleaners to avoid infection. They need to be replaced anywhere from weekly periods to every few months.

Extended wear soft lenses have all the same pluses as the daily wear plus the wearer can keep them in for up to a week, although daily cleaning is recommended.

When it comes to contacts lens, there can be a number of problems any wearer can run across including discomfort, pain, redness, watering or changes in vision. No matter what type of lenses you have, it is highly recommended to follow your doctor`s orders closely and to clean, disinfect and store your lenses properly.
